You’ve now found the area full of very important bits and bobs, I don’t see the point in hiding it under legal mumbo jumbo so here it is in plain English.
I love all the products available on Effortless Eco, but can completely understand that not everyone else will. There might be manufacturing errors, or sometimes you just change your mind. So, here is how to deal with these problems:
If you receive a product that is faulty:
Please contact Effortless Eco via email, immeditely and advise us of the fault. A photo must be provided for the damaged item/s. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items. Pending approval, your goods will be replaced, if the product is no longer available, you have the option of a store credit, or refund.
Effortless Eco currently has a 12 month Warranty on all Effortless Nappies for manufacturing faults, we do require proof of purchase so please hold onto your receipt.
If you do not follow the washing instructions provided with your nappies your warranty is void.
If you change your mind:
Yes, this does happen too, many a time I have received goods purchased online and thought, wow, that was not what I thought it would be, or even just after I have hit the payment button, I’ve seen something that suits my needs a little better. If this is the case, please once again, email Effortless Eco immediately. If your order is yet to be posted, we can swap products/refund products without any problems. However, if the goodies have been posted, then you will be required to post them back (at your expense). We can only offer refunds on products that still have original (as new) packaging, and safety seals are intact. If this is you, the items must be returned within 14 days of items being posted from Effortless Eco.
There will be no refunds if packaging has been opened/items have been used if you change your mind.
Postage is non-refundable (unless items have yet to be shipped).
All items are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive, they may also change without notice.
Your orders will be posted to you within 4 business days, depending on where you are located, please allow up to a further 7 business days to receive your goodies – this is dependent on where you live. If for some reason there will be a delay, we will contact you to advise you of this.

Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your purchases through the Effortless Eco webpage. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in four equal instalments fortnightly.
To make a purchase using Afterpay you will need:
- A debit or credit card
- To be over 18 years of age
- An Australian residential address
To process a payment through Afterpay:
- Add items to your shopping bag (up to the value of $800 with a credit or debit card) and checkout as normal
- Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will be redirected to Afterpay
- Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment
* If a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.
